Rude Racist Rep.

The Hispanic rep was very rude and was only concerned with trying to dupe me into a different job when I only wanted an estimate.

Then gave me an outragious over the top estimate for the job I was enquiring about.

I am sorry that you feel this way about your appointment from over 3 months ago. Looking at the job instructions when you booked the appointment, you asked for a quote for a camera inspection of your sewer line and a quote for replacing galvanized lines in the home. Due to no standard access for the camera, the options were either to pull a toilet or camera from the roof of the home both of which were declined. Regarding the quote for replacement of the galvanized lines, that work too was declined and you communicated that you would do the work yourself. Ultimately, this was a no charge estimate only appointment. This particular technician has been with our company for nearly 10 years and has not received a similar complaint in memory (and is also not Hispanic, not that that should matter anyway). It sounds like we are probably not the right fit for you, and hope you've been able to find another licensed, insured, and reputable contractor that better meets your needs.
