DONE came out to check out a thermostat last week that was not working. It turned out to be an easy fix. He was there less than ten minutes. Stupidly, I agreed to the charge of $338.00 dollars for ten minutes of work (and no parts charge) because our house had been very cold for several days and if I said no, I would have been stuck with a $60 service charge and a cold house. I did not want to wait days to get another plumber to come out. I called their office later week to discuss the charge with a manager and no one has called me back to date.
I used to think they were a good company. We gave them major business in the past (installed furnace, water heater and AC). I feel they blatantly ripped me off and should have rewarded my past loyalty by only charging the trip charge.
I would give a zero to DONE in this review it was an option.
