I just wanted to let your company know that Conner did a great job! We didn't have a huge job for him, but it was one that took a second trip out to get the jam/obstruction out of the pipe line. When I called back to let CSR know he had cleared the clog, but right after he left it went back to the same status, she was very nice about setting up a service call with no hassle for the following morning. I was happy to see Conner was the one who came back to worked on it again. This time he cleared it and it is working great. He was very knowledgeable about the other pluming problems we have and informed me about what needs to be done in the future to avoid this from happening again and again. I rent my Town House but will gladly pass on the info to my landlady, and make sure she hires you guys to do the work.
