Had some work done under my kitchen sink then the next day had a backup problem (couldn't use the brand new garbage disposal or the dishwasher). I called them back and they sent Caison out for same day service ON A HOLIDAY! This young lady is professional, courteous and did a wonderful job (even cleaned up after). She figured out the issue right away and fixed it. Done Plumbing has some fine technicians and stands behind their work -- warranty covers both service and parts.
