Technical work was not completed

New 1/4 turn stops were to be put on the new kitchen faucet that was installed. The stops were not put on, which caused leaks and return service call to correct the problem

You are right, based on our original visit new shutoffs should have been installed and they were not. I am sorry for the inconvenience of the second visit, and appreciate your understanding of the unintentional mistake.
