Crooks that exploit the elderly!

Ripped off my elderly parents! They send out unqualified workers who try and talk Seniors into thing that are not needed and then charge them an outrageous price! Found out what they had done and found an honest company who charged a fraction of what they charged with workers who knew what they were doing! The worker Done Plumbing sent out admitted to my parents and the other company that he had never even done that kind of job before and really didn't know what needed to be done. CROOKS! Be sure to look for the video that the Fox 31 news problem solver did on them before. I wish i had seen it!

Denise, I am sorry that this was the impression you had about the service. As you are not listed on any accounts within our systems, I'm unable to find the specific job your speaking about. We'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you or your parents about your concerns if you give us a call at 303-343-0032.

A few things I'd like to address generally about your review. First, we are a flat rate company that presents an exact price for work out of a standard price book so our technicians are consistent with what we charge for the work we're completing, regardless of the customer or the technician performing the work. While we do have different technicians of varying experience (we give people the opportunity to learn, and grow as a professional), we wouldn't ever send a technician that is unqualified for the work that needs to be completed. New employees spend up to 6 months in training before running service calls on their own and we do extensive in-house training on new skills before a technician is permitted to go out on those types of jobs. That said, if there was a situation where there was an issue, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss as stated above rather than being accused of unscrupulous practices online.

To help, I've attached the Fox 31 News Problem Solvers stories you reference, and they show that we are an ethical company. We do make mistakes, and welcome the opportunity to address them and grow from them when they do occur:
