Dallas came out on Sunday and diagnosed the work and gave us options. The first was to snake the drain which he did and then we tested it. Dallas stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure the washer drained properly. Unfortunately it didn't. But he snaked it again, waited again and it has been working fine.
