Same Day Service - Excellent
I tried to fix my shower faucet on Memorial day, needless to say Tuesday morning I started looking for a plumber. I called 4 companies on Tuesday and left voice mails, no one ever returned my calls. Wednesday morning I started again and called Done Plumbing based on the excellent reviews. I was afraid they didn't service my area (Elbert County) but they did. The appointment was scheduled for between 1 - 3 PM. They called at 12:30 to tell me Josh was on his way. He looked at the problem I created and the several small annoying plumbing problems I have had for awhile. He gave me the prices to fix each item and I agreed to them all. Josh is an outstanding plumber. He was polite, neat, clean, and very knowledgeable. He completed all the work and cleaned up after wards. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely call them again.
