Too Expensive!

I called Done Plumbing because I thought my 10-year-old disposal had finally quit. The plumber arrived, reached into the disposal and pulled-out a piece of an apricot pit that had accidently been washed down the disposal and I did not feel when I inspected it. It took the plumber longer to write the bill for $200+ than it did to "fix" the disposal.

We always present pricing upfront and get approval before starting any work so there are no surprises and our customers can make informed decisions. The pricing presented is the price you'll pay, regardless of how long it may take to complete the job. In this case, pricing was presented to "unjam garbage disposal". While the resolution was quickly found, the pricing presented would have remained the same had it taken several hours to resolve. Rather than make it look like they are doing something to extend the time it appears that they are working, we always expect our technicians to find the best, accurate and fastest solution to our customer's problems so they can get on with their day. We're glad that your garbage disposal continues to work properly after our service in February.
