Technician was very good at repairs and prompt. I would definitely recommend. However- Charge was totally too high. $200 per hour is not reasonable.

Hopefully you found value in the 1 year warranty that you received for the repairs and same day service we were able to provide. We do charge a flat rate price based on the work needed that is presented and approved upfront before any work is started to give our customers the best opportunity to make informed decisions. This protects our customers should a job take one technician longer than another. In this case, the $238 charged for the technician to be on-site for 2hrs 10mins would not have increased if another tech needed 2hrs and 45mins to complete the repairs.
