rip offs!!

I will never deal with this company! They have a standard rate fee of $200. So lets say you have a loose wire on your furance and it just needs to be tighten, and will not take no longer then five mintues to fix. Well guess what, it will cost you $200. They do not let you know this when you call for sevice. But they are ripping people off alone on the trip fee. Beacuse if they let the customer know about the standard rate fee they would not be in BUSINESS!! Such rip offs, and their manager has very poor customer service!!

We do not have a "standard fee" as stated below. This customer's furnace was blowing cold air, and regular troubleshooting did not uncover the underlying root cause. To run a full diagnostic of the entire system top to bottom is $200. Due to the root cause being unknown there is no way for the customer (or us) to know what was wrong or how long the repair would take until a full diagnostic was completed and the true underlying issues were found. We are a flat rate company (do not charge by the hour) and present pricing up front for approval to ensure the customer can make informed decisions before we start any additional work. This customer chose not to move forward with this necessary step to diagnose the specific cause. In regards to our trip charge, it is one of the lowest in the industry at $39 (other companies charge as much as $99 as a trip charge). Our manager gave this customer a full refund of their $39, which we feel is fair.
