Overall good.

The service was very good, but I was upset when I was told the service would be done Monday and then called and told it would be put off to Tuesday. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the service.

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. While we staff appropriately to take care of our customers at our committed times, with being a service company, there are times that repairs take longer than expected when unforeseen issues arise. While rare, it can impact technician availability later in the day, periodically forcing us to reschedule an appointment. That said, I have asked our Customer Service Manager and our Plumbing Manager to review the circumstances of the day in question to see if we could have handled the situation differently. Thank you for allowing us to still service you the next day, and we are sorry for the experience you had.
