Horrible service not told everything
We called this company to come out and light a pilot light on a water heater
It took him 5 minutes and he wanted to
Charge us $125. 00. We were not told
about travel charges and they did not
show until 5:30. They were supposed
to be at the house between 2 and 4. We will never use this company again.
I am considering taking legal action to
get this matter resolved. My parents are handicapped this is not the way
you treat senior citizens.
