My technician attempted to find the leak, but was unsuccessful. I can't fault him for that, he did try, but it was still disappointing. After not finding the leak, he spent 45 minutes talking to me about his personal life, which delayed my return to work, and was very frustrating. He then sat in front of my house in his truck for 20 minutes, which made me uncomfortable to the point that I called the company to ask if he had another place to go.
