We very much appreciated Darrell's coming out late the night before a holiday. He did a good, thorough and fast job, even suggesting that I get a coupon online to apply to the bill!
Late in the evening of July 3rd, we had a gusher in the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom and had to turn off the water to the house. I called done plumbing after a recommendation from a neighbor and spoke with a very helpful young woman in dispatch who had Darrell calling me within the hour. He was on another job and had one to go, but he was here within 1.5 hours of my call and got the job done within an hour, replacing faulty connections with correct fittings. Thanks, Darrell!
