Technician never showed

Had a 10 am to 12 noon appointment window to have my AC inspected. Received a call stating they would arrive at about 1:30 because tech was behind. 2:30 came and no tech. Called customer service and was told I was contacted and a voicemail was left. Not true. No record of a call on my cell phone or work phone. Was called back at 2:45 pm and told he was 10 minutes from finishing his current job and would be on his way. It is right now 3:54 pm and no technician still. I keep getting the run around from customer service and don't think I even heard an apology. All this after I left my job at 9:30 am to be here for Done? A wasted day. Perhaps it has something to do with the $75 of ac repair coupon.

Thank you for your feedback and we are truly sorry for your experience. We schedule our appointments with expected durations so we are able to give customers an as accurate as possible window when we expect to arrive. There are times, however, that a call takes an unexpected amount of time that impacts appointments later on in the day. We staff to compensate for this, but periodically no amount of foresight or planning can compensate for these issues. We communicate regularly (confirming the appointment, with any updates on our expected arrival time, when we are on the way, and after the tech has left to make sure that the issue has been resolved and we cleaned up any mess we may have caused) so our customers are as informed as possible.
