Much cheaper plumbers available who are not "pitch men"

Plumber was a delightful and good. However,I believe he used his great personality to sell unneeded products/services.
Told me part for leaky faucet not available he had looked before, I neede a new faucet,showed me one for 789.00.
I declined. Said if I brought him back he would return the 99.00 for simply tightening my faucet mount.
Also said he could not turn off water and those valves would need replacing.
I turned off cold easily. Hot would not
I very easily found faucet part at Home Depot and fixed leak for $18.00

We also present our customers all recommendations and pricing in writing before any work is performed so they are able make informed decisions.
