did not show as promised

I asked them at 8AM when they could arrive - they said 1-3PM. They finally showed after 5PM looking very unprofessional - I would not let them in the house. Horrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience was not a great one. We always strive to schedule future calls based on expected completion times of calls before them. However, being in the repair business there are times that unforeseen details and/or complications cause calls to run longer than expected, thus impacting the scheduled time of calls later in the day. We staff to compensate for this, but there are periodically times that no amount of foresight or planning can prevent them. To ensure that our customers are as informed as possible (including in this case), we call to confirm the appointment (either the day before or a few hours before the scheduled window time), call any time an update is necessary that will impact our arrival time, call when our tech is on the way, and make a final call after our tech has left to ensure the customer is satisfied with work completed. We also offer an immediate $25 discount if we arrive after our scheduled time window.
