Thank you for your feedback! Every customer is always provided an estimate in writing for approval before any work is performed. We are a flat rate vs. hourly rate company so a job that may take one tech more time to complete is not more expensive than if may have took another tech less time. This ensures all customers are treated fairly. We are open 24 hrs a day and extend warranties and guaranties on most work performed.
