My water heater "ruptured" and made a mess of a few inches of standing water in my basement. The wonderful folks at 24/7 flood response recommended Done plumbing. Gavin was my plumber and I found him very knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to his art. They were reasonably priced and fair. Gavin helped make an awful experience much more tolerable.
