I felt like I was being conned on pricing

The invoice was not itemized, parts, labor, misc; just a lump sum which made me think there were hidden charges.

Thank you for your feedback, it has been shared with our management team. We strive to be upfront with all details of any job and that is why all pricing is presented and approved in writing before any work is started. We request a signature at the conclusion of the job as well to verify that work was completed in a satisfactory manner. As a safeguard, all invoices are reviewed by two members of our office staff to ensure that the price charged is correct for the service provided.
