When our furnace wouldnt light up on Friday, it's not the greatest feeling. I did some research and found It's Done since I've never needed a furnace fixed before. It meant alot to me to know It's Done Plumbing and Heating came recommended by both AAA and the Better Business Bureau. I called and though I couldnt get someone out immediately (It was the first cold day of the season, lots of people probably figured out they had an issue), I received a call very quickly to set up an appointment. Adam showed up right on time which was important with our busy schedule. He was very friendly and informative. He listened to my observations of my problem and did a thorough check. He explained everything he was doing and let me know my furnace was great, however, my thermostat was causing the problem. He offered his service and gave a few options. Wires are not my thing and he fixed up everything for us. In less than an hour, my furnance was working great with a new thermostat. The pricing was reasonable and I felt much more comfortable having a professional do the work...and so did my wife! It's Done and Adam went above my expectations. I will be calling them first for all of my future needs. Thank you for your help.
