Good service

Thomas Meyer in Truck 44 arrived when promised and performed excellent work. He was however, thru no fault of his own, disrupted a number of times during the job taking phone calls about other jobs.

As a former computer service technician I know how distracting it can be to have to stop what you are doing to handle a call about something else. It makes the job take twice as long as if you could just complete the job you were on. I sympathize with Thomas.

Thank you for your review! While we do ask our techs to avoid taking calls unrelated to their current customer, this job was at 5:30pm on a Saturday and Thomas was our lead on-call tech. That said, during our next company meeting we will review our policy on using best judgement for when/where to take calls when servicing a customer. Also, while we do want to take as little time as possible to complete a job (to cause as little disturbance in our customer's lives as possible) we always charge by the job and not by the hour.
