I recently used Done Plumbing for some work in my house, which was built in 1975/76. I have lived here for 15 years and, as far as I know, this was the first time that the house had been Roto-Rootered. Done Plumbing also repaired a leaking pipe. The work was completed yesterday, so it is hard to rate the quality at this time, but the technician who did the work made me feel confident that he was qualified, so I am expecting high quality.

Initially, I was going to call Home Depot, but I wanted a company that had good ratings on the BBB and Tom Martino's referralist.com. That is why I decided to use Done Plumbing. They responded quickly, within an hour of the time I called.

The technician wore booties over his shoes when he was in the house, which I appreciated. He was very conscientious and well-mannered. He fulfilled my expectations in terms of customer service. While the cost was a little more than I expected, I did not feel that I was taken advantage of. I feel confident that Done Plumbing treated me fairly and did a good job.
