The entire experience was well beyond expectations, From the time I made the phone call, the order center receptionist was very proffessional when taking my call and the calling back to verify the techs arrival. As far as the tech, I can say hands down, I have never had someone as thorough as Thomas in 30 years of home ownership. Not only did he go out of his way to explain in every detail the pricing and preventative care, he was also personable in every way.I'm not particularily fond of spending 351.00, but with this type of service, it was worth every penny.
