Signing on with Renter's Warehouse was OK, but then try to receive their bonus for making a successful referral. It took many, many, calls and e mails to receive the promised bonus for both myself and the person I successfully referred. The bonus was finally sent after threatening legal action.
Trying to cancel the agreement was even worse. They require a 2 month notice, which I completed on line, but unfortunately did not copy. Two months later my tenant was sent a late notice and they had already paid me the rent, as I had decided to continue the lease and provide the management myself. Fortunately, I had saved the e mails where they had acknowledged receiving my e mail telling them of my intentions. They said they had no record of my cancellation notice. I forwarded the e mails several times and called several times. Again, it was only after threating litigation that they cancelled my lease and management. But again they subtracted the monthly management fee from the original deposit. Once again I had to call and e mail many times before I now have been finally promised the refund. After my experience I would never recommend them and for those of you that currently use them, make sure you copy everything, they are not to be trusted!
