They just want there money!!!

They advertise as the most professional company but are the absolute worst and do not do anything for you they take their money from the owner every month and could care less about your health or safety in the home they are renting you!!!

We rented 10720 Marquis Lane Dallas TX through Renters Warehouse owned by Charlene Williams, the home had structural and other damages throughout, but we were assured that the foundation had been fixed. Come to find out we were living a house that should have never been rented out. It had maintenance problem after problem. Renter’s Warehouse does not care if the maintenance problems get fixed, they leave it up to the owner, so no matter how many times you put in a request they do not do anything to make sure it is actually taken care of. There was rats when we moved in and the owner refused to have them exterminated, we had leaks that she refused to fix, when she had the foundation repaired(which we were told was already done), we were stuck in the house with holes all over and workers in and out for weeks. We had a mosquitoes housed under the house that made their way up into the house due to the water leaks, Renters Warehouse ignored the issue until we contacted headquarters and yet the owner did nothing about them I eventually had to send my kids to stay with my mother because the nets over their beds could not protect them from how many mosquitoes were in the house and had to ask to break our lease. We were only in the house for 6 months when we could no longer take put our family at risk. We had a $1800 security deposit and a $800 non refundable dog deposit after wait the 30 days for the owner to return in the deposit we received $227, due to what she said was damages from us. We have the house professionally cleaned and the yard raked, mowed and professionally taken care of. There was absolutely no damage in that house that could have been caused by tenants. Yet she charged us for the structural damage and all the damages that we had reported that she never fixed. When I called Charlene Williams to ask her why she told me her health was bad, and when i called Renter’s Warehouse they told me there was nothing they could do because it was up to the owner. Though our security deposit and monthly rent was always made out to Renters Warehouse.
