My faith in Renters Warehouse was totally brought back to life after the excellent representation by Jacob $@!#% - move out inspector. His professionalism was much appreciated as I had very difficult tenants to deal with. He saw first hand the caliper of tenants they were. Jacob provided options to me to cover damages that far exceed the security deposit. He offered tips on services that I would not have known regarding necessary repairs. THANK YOU JACOB!!!!!!
Final review will be submitted after the 21 day resolution period per contract. I have provided RW with pictures and documentation regarding just a few of the open issues. More pics and documents will be forwarded in the very near future!!
