My wife and I began a search this spring to relocate from downtown Minneapolis to a townhome or single home for rent. We had no intention of moving as far as the Mound area, but we found a town home that we really like and met our leasing agent Jeanne Hertzog, met us a the property and gave us the tour.

She was knowledgeable and quick to reply to our follow up questions. Once we decided that we liked the property and wanted to move forward, she expedited the process and communicated with the owner on our behalf for a couple areas of concern. The communication following the lease approval for connecting us with the owner was also concise and timely.

All in all, Jeanne was professional and great to work with. The process was very smooth.
