Rob with Renters Warehouse was recommended to me by a friend. We met with him one time at the rental property, and shortly thereafter one more time to sign the lease with the new tenant. Placement was fast and painless, with very little effort on our part. We were provided all the information needed on the tenants and process by email in a timely fashion. So glad to not be paying for two houses anymore!!
