Our experience working with Amanda Coleman has been extremely positive. We had never rented our home out before and so were not very knowledgeable in this area. Amanda showed great patience and took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions/concerns that we had. She offered good advice as to prepping our home for prospective tenants to view, and was able to pin down stellar tenants after the first showing.
