Brent Wilcox has proven again how tremendous he is at his craft. He has rented out my place 3 times in a 2 year period of time. He takes his job seriously and performs his duties like no other. The communication is outstanding. Something I am having a hard time with concerning the rest of the departments working at renters warehouse.
