I have used RW in the past and the experience was not great. With a lease expiring, I was put in contact with Brent Wilcox and things went 100%. He is very thorough and responsive. He gave us honest feedback and was very pro-active. The existing tenants had purchased a home and were looking to get out of their lease early. He got them out early, new tenants in and the process was smooth. Everyone ended up happy.
