Very irresponsible. Tin Nguyen is the worst one to deal with. Did not keep appointment. Never responded to VMs and never picks up his phone. If he is like this: stood us up for a showing, how horrible will he be after we become renters? What if he never responds when we have issues? Now I think we have just dodged a bullet by not having to rent from Renters Warehouse. Oh also just FYI, I have talked to an online rep from the website and he said he will forward my info to the office in MN so they can assist us, they never called us. This is a company that you DO NOT want to start have any dealings with.
