If you are lucky enough to get Brad Barrott to help you rent your home, do it!! I have a town home in MN, I live in FL. I packed in 3 days but had to get back to FL. Movers came on the 11th. Brad contacted people to replace the master and bathroom floor, strip wallpaper, paint the whole house, replace light fixtures, etc. It was professionally cleaned. Brad is very particular---he won't accept mediocre. Brad got my approval for everything and kept me informed. I told him it would be impossible to have it rented in less than a month--- renters moved in on the 30th of the same month!!!
