Brad Barrott was great to work with - he was extremely punctual with emails and requests for showings. It was also a VERY hard time to find a renter (winter) and Brad was not only able to find us a renter, but also to secure a 17-month lease that would allow us to re-rent in the summer when the market is far better for finding renters. I do not think anyone else could have done a better job.
