Over the last two months, my roommates and I searched every housing website, newspaper and Craigslist for a house that would work for us. Most people, even most companies did not respond to us. Of the ones that did respond seemed like they had no intention of renting us their respective houses. The exception to this rule was Aaron and Dan. We easily set up a showing, toured the house and got our applications to the owner of the property all within 2 or 3 days. Unfortunately that owner decided he was going to sell the house instead. But from that point on we decided that we would only work with Renters Warehouse, and we were able to find a place a week later! Aaron and Dan are good people and good agents. I definitely will recommend them in the future!
