I hired them to find a tennant, found a tennant, but did not transfer the utalities as the tennant asked for, since they were managing the property as well. So the previous tennent got billed for that, which was placed by them also. I left them messages to maintenence dept so have yet to hear from them. Please call me back I need to see the videos you guys made for move In inspections as well as deal with move In and out issues. Left various message too on it as well, but no call back!!!
