Prior to signing my lease i was told by the agent that if i paid a double deposit they would use half of it towards my last months rent.i contacted them today as i am moving out at the end of June.

now they tell me they will not honor our emails that we had going back and forth. they expect me to pay the full amount of rent and they will just hole my damage deposit. They still have not given me the damage deposit back for the last place i rented with them. THIEVES.

if you are looking for a company with any integrity, this is not the one.

i had more than one conversation with the agent, and they still will not honor what he said.Apparently this company will do anything to line their pockets.
