Thank you Scott Kempenich! Everything was smooth and helpful through Renters Warehouse to rent out my condo. It was a little more expensive than than advertised at $80 a month because that is just for managing the property - additional $15 per month for eviction protection plan and the equivalent of the first months rent for finding the renter and securing them. However, I think this is reasonable and worth the money, especially when buying a house your first months mortgage payment is rolled into closing costs so it works out just fine.
I would also like to add that a lot of the negative reviews I have read on Renters Warehouse has nothing to do with the actual management of the property it is because of the landlords of the property. One very negative review was about a person that was renting a condo and the washer broke so it was replaced with an apartment size washer/dryer set. This was what the landlords wanted - not renters warehouse and not their fault. Others talk about how long the process of fixing things are - that is because they are a middle-man and need to have things decided/approved on by the landlord before they can take action.
