Amanda Neale Coleman found and place my current tenants. She first visited the home with me, took pictures, placed ads, then did multiple showings. I was in the loop during the application process and did not take the first applicant she found. Eventually found someone I was very comfortable with, and Amanda was available via email and cell phone during the entire process. Communication was great, and she did a great job.
