Chuck Klug is my rental manager. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He put me at ease when I was having anxiety about renting out my house for the first time. I was nervous and worried about so many things, he told me that "everything can be fixed." That was what I needed to hear. He has also established a great rapport with the renters I chose. That makes me feels good as well. He has been able to answer every question I have had and and feel confident that I can move out of state and leave my home in his hands.
