Shannon Tomas was my Renter's Warehouse agent for a couple days.....that's all it took. I met with her briefly for my Rental Analysis and in less than 2 days she had a completed tenant application with a background check and a recommendation for me. Not only was she able to lock down a tenant in 2 days, she was able to move them in mid-month so I didn't have to sit the entire month with an empty property. She was prompt, proffesional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I literally can't think of one thing that would have made the experience better.
