While my 3 children and I needed a place to rent as we moved from New Market to Apple Valley it was challenging. Simon put my mind at ease with his positive nature and found us a home to live in together instead if an apartment. We previously lived in a home with a wooded yard and he delivered a rental home close to school and with an awesome wooded back yard . While working out the process Simon remained in Contact with cell and email and at all times I felt well informed and in the loop . I am delighted with the professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly demeanor of Simon!
