I had a less than palatable experience with the Tenant Placement service aspect of Renters Warehouse prior to finding my own tenants and transitioning over to using the Property Management services group to manage my rental property this September.

The move-in inspector (and member of the property management team), Jacob Koch, has been very courteous, professional and informative throughout the process of transitioning management from myself to Renter's Warehouse.

I had many questions and Jacob patiently answered those he knew and put me in contact with the appropriate colleague of his who could answer the rest.
