Everyone had always told me that renting with private lenders was better then rental companies, but after four less then exemplary landlords, I switched to Renters warehouse. The service we have received while searching for a house, and now having lived there for 10 months has never been less then exemplary. We have always gotten outstanding, timely communication regarding maintenance, and also from both our leasing agent (Ryan Dvorak) and our inspection coordinator (Jacob Koch). It seemed like Ryan pretty much bent over backwards to give us showing times we like, and to answer my calls, and Jacob also showed us excellent courtesy and communication. I would recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone looking to rent in the Twin Cities, and will make them my first choice if I ever need another rental. As someone who has worked in customer service for almost 7 years, I have rarely seen this level of customer care across all departments of one company.
