I currently use Renter's Warehouse, but my last experience end to end was awful. I had an agent who had terrible attention to detail, poor communication, and was extremely difficult to work with. Everything went smoothly for my first tenants who rented from me for 2 years, but when it came to renting my property again with a new agent everything was chaos. I feel they are growing too fast to accommodate all their clients and do not have the bandwidth to address the needs of their clients. They signed me up for things I never agreed to in the lease or landlord agreements. I almost fired them, but since i was in the middle of a tenant exchange agreement I felt kind of trapped.

They re-mediated the issues I had the best they could, but the damage has been done. I do not trust their people to do things the right way anymore or to be thorough enough to really be able to do anything regarding my property without significant oversight from myself. I will most likely NOT be continuing with them after this lease.
