I had 20 units under management with Renters Warehouse. Most of them I had with a previous company that badly mismanaged them. I had rent collection issues and I had to do most of the property management myself. So, I decided to to transfer all of the occupied to units to Renters Warehouse. The transfer went smoothly. I had 5 or 6 vacant units that were being remodeled and I had Renters Warehouse fill those vacancies as well. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but overall, my experience was very positive.

They have been very flexible. Their communication and response rate has been very good. They are good about answering questions and collection is done in a timely manner. We had a couple of setbacks with individuals who were newer, but in general, I think they are very knowledgeable.
