Our goal was to find tenants within 6-8 weeks. Within 3 days of publishing our ad, Justin Hertzog, our listing agent, had 4 showings--3 wanting to apply for the house. After some clarifications, we had a signed lease within 2 weeks of the ad--and a move in date almost 2 weeks before the stated availability.
