I had a pretty good experience with Renters Warehouse. My agent Rob Paulno was very nice to work with and I have some amazing tennants to thank him for. He did a lot of working finding these great people and I'm very appreciative. The process did take longer than expected and came down to the wire however the wait was worth it. I did have to drop the rent on my townhome in order to keep up in the process. I would work with Rob again in the future.
